Life is Just a Bowl of Tomatos

Hate to sound like I'm bragging------but this painting makes me so happy whenever I see it. Of course, it is influenced by Matisse, one of my favorie artists. Last summer my husband had a huge crop of beautiful tomatos from his garden. I filled one of my Fiesta Ware bowls with them, and this painting is the result. This is my interpretation of the Boerne Public Library. In reality, it isn't in these bright colors, but because I love color I did it this way. My private world is made up of bold bright color, so everything I paint turns out that way. This painting is 20" x 24", in oil on gallery-wrapped canvas. It doesn't need a frame unless you want one. Dream Kitchen

This one is just called "Main Street." It is 14"x 18, oil on gallery wrapped canvas. All of my paintings are on gallery wrapped canvas and the sides are painted, so there is no need to frame them. The little house is over 100 years old. It looks like a happy place.

I'm Looking Through You

Days Gone By

"I'm Looking Through You" is 16"x16" and is painted in oil. The price is $350. Since I have moved to the Texas Hill Country, I am interested in livestock! I thought this goat was adorable. Of course, his colors are purely from my imagination.

"Days Gone By" is painted from a photograph my friend took in far west Texas years ago. It is sold.
