Hate to sound like I'm bragging------but this painting makes me so happy whenever I see it. Of course, it is influenced by Matisse, one of my favorie artists. Last summer my husband had a huge crop of beautiful tomatos from his garden. I filled one of my Fiesta Ware bowls with them, and this painting is the result.
